1. Introduction

Welcome to Havenly, an iOS mobile application developed by MorlockStudios. Havenly is a parental control application designed to help parents manage and restrict what their children watch.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Havenly, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you should not use Havenly.

4. Acceptable Use

Havenly is intended exclusively for parental control purposes. Misuse of Havenly, including any illegal activities or actions that infringe on the rights of others, is strictly prohibited.

Havenly employs a local VPN tunnel as a mechanism to enforce content restrictions. This mechanism does not collect or transmit any data.

Additionally, Havenly may request access to your device's camera solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes. This feature allows you to conveniently link new devices to your account. No images or video captured by the camera are stored or transmitted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Havenly, including software, design, and text, is the property of MorlockStudios. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Havenly is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. MorlockStudios does not guarantee that Havenly will meet your requirements or operate without errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

MorlockStudios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Havenly.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MorlockStudios harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Havenly in violation of these T&C.

MorlockStudios reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated via the application or on our website.

These T&C shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes related to these T&C shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.
